As part of our commitment to quality, we offer a total warranty of up to 3 years, made up of a 1-year standard guarantee plus an additional 2-year extended warranty, subject to registration.
1-year standard guarantee
As standard, your Daewoo product comes with a 1-year guarantee from the date of original purchase, valid with proof of purchase (receipt or email order confirmation).
If a defect occurs during this period due to faulty workmanship or materials, the product should be returned to the place of purchase. Repair or replacement is at the retailer’s discretion.
Extended warranty (years 2 and 3)
By registering your product within 28 days of purchase, your guarantee will be extended beyond the initial 1 year, up to the maximum warranty period available for that specific product.
- Products must be registered individually
- The extended warranty covers the main body and housing only
- If the product is not registered within 28 days, the warranty remains at 1 year only
What is covered
The warranty applies only if:
- The product is correctly installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual
- The product is used for domestic purposes only
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Consumable parts
- Damage caused by unauthorised or inexpert repair
- Products that have been re-sold
Other important conditions
- The warranty is valid only in the UK and Eire
- If a manufacturing fault occurs after the first year, we may offer a repair, replacement, or alternative item
- Any repair, replacement, or alternative item does not restart or extend the original warranty period
*Your extended warranty is only valid with proof of purchase receipt and subject to the conditions outlined above. You can register for your extended warranty here.
